You fill out a questionnaire describing your previous experience and history.
Based on the questionnaire, I create your individual training plan (up to 5 working days).

Our goal is for every person training at the Academy to achieve their set goals, and we strive to help in this process as much as possible.
We use a modern, user-friendly application that provides access to individually developed training plans by the trainer. With our app, you can track your progress, view exercises with instructions. The intuitive interface ensures that you always have all the tools you need for success at your fingertips – no matter where you are.
By choosing an online training plan, our Students can pursue their goals without the need to be physically present at the Academy. This is a huge time saver for people who do not have enough time to train on-site or value the comfort of training at home or in a different place than the Academy.
